1. Service Description

SkillzDrive provides a platform to discover, manage, and execute AI agent skills, including script execution in managed cloud sandboxes and skill sharing features.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use SkillzDrive to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, abuse shared resources, or interfere with service availability.

4. User Content and Skills

You retain ownership of content and skills you upload. You grant SkillzDrive the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the service.

5. Marketplace Skills Disclaimer and User Responsibility

Skills available in the SkillzDrive marketplace are provided by third parties or other users and are made available "as is." SkillzDrive does not guarantee, represent, or warrant the safety, quality, legality, reliability, security, or fitness of any marketplace skill.

You are solely responsible for evaluating every skill before adding it to your locker, executing it, or sharing it. You assume all risk for what those skills do, including any access to your data, files, credentials, APIs, infrastructure, external accounts, or connected systems.

You are fully responsible for configuring permissions, restricting secrets, and controlling environment access. SkillzDrive is not liable for losses, damages, security incidents, outages, data exposure, data loss, or downstream effects caused by skills you choose to use.

6. Third-Party Services and Keys

Some skills require third-party APIs. You are responsible for your third-party accounts, API usage, and charges. We are not responsible for third-party service performance or policy changes.

7. Billing and Plans

Paid plans, credits, and quotas (if applicable) are billed under the pricing shown in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security concerns, or abuse.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillzDrive and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws in your operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
